Pursuant to point 2 of Decision No. T2-390 of the Palanga City Municipal Council of 28 November 2024,

the Palanga City Public Order and Fees Service monitors compliance with:

• the requirements of the Palanga city maintenance and cleanliness rules;
• the requirements of legal acts regulating the keeping and registration of animals;
• the requirements of the Law on Noise Management of the Republic of Lithuania and the Palanga City Municipality rules on noise prevention in public places;

• the requirements of the rules on the protection and management of green spaces and plantings;
• the requirements of the retail trade rules;
• the requirements of the rules on the carriage of passengers and luggage on local (city and suburban) routes in Palanga City Municipality;
• the requirements of the rules on the carriage of passengers for remuneration by passenger cars on demand and by taxi;
