Information for persons
who provide premises rental services under a business certificate in the city of Palanga.
Please note that for a property unit where premises rental services are provided,
an additional local fee of EUR 0.40 is charged per calendar day of the business certificate.
Every day of the week from 7:00 to 24:00
Vehicle parking in Palanga is subject to a charge
from 15 May to 15 September (inclusive)
You can pay for parking using a parking meter, by SMS to number 1332 (an additional SMS service fee of EUR 0.15 applies) and via mobile apps: “carOne”, “ParkMan”, “uniPark” and “Flowbird”.
SELF-SERVICE - An electric vehicle permit is issued only to keepers (drivers) of electrically powered vehicles – natural persons whose place of residence has been declared in the city of Palanga for at least one year (continuously) before the day the permit application is submitted, or to owners or keepers of pure electric vehicles – legal entities whose registered office address is in the city of Palanga.

The Service does not serve visitors on public holidays.
On the eve of public holidays, working hours are 1 hour shorter.
